Second grade students learned how to draw human figures using ovals and then worked on action figures with those ovals. We drew a standing figure, a running figure, and a jumping figure, together as a class and then each child drew a spring time activity with a person doing something. The figure was drawn with ovals first and then skin and clothing were added. The last step was using tissue over the drawing to make it colorful. The second graders did a very good job on this project.
