We started off the year fantastic!! Students were given new warm-up spots, reviewed expectations and practiced daily routines last week. In all grade levels we practiced Static Stretching Stretching standing still and D dynamic Stretching Stretching while moving. The lower grade levels also practiced following directions and locomotor movements; skipping, galloping, and sliding. All grade levels discussed the importance of safe shoes on P.E. Days. Please help remind them! In the next few weeks we will be doing a Football Unit in the older grades and a catching and throwing Unit in the lower elementary. All will be starting Fall Testing after Labor Day.
