The older students continue to hone their Conflict Manager Skills as students practiced the four step process:
- Introductions/Permission (Conflict Managers must get permission first.)
- Explain the Fair Fighting Rules (Each person gets to tell their side of the story with no name calling, no interruptions or putdowns.
- Conflict Managers then ask reflective questions to that the disputants (kids arguing) come up with their own Win/Win Solution. (Solution that all parties accept.)
- Thank the disputants for coming up with a Win/Win Solution.
