February 2nd was the 100th day of school and boy was it a busy one! Students started by drawing themselves on their very own 100 dollar bill. Next, students counted to 100 by 1’s, 5’s, and 10’s.
One of the favorite things we did was drawing pictures of what they would look like at 100 and then what myself would look like…yikes! Some students were old with wrinkles, but then some drew themselves with a tombstone. Love the imaginations!
Then, students got to be detectives and guess what each student brought 100 of from home. We had 100 Fruit Loops, 100 pennies, 100 buttons, 100 Q-Tips, and more!
While all of this was a lot of fun, I am proud of everything the students have achieved in the past 100 days! They have worked so hard and it shows in how much they have improved and grown! Thank you for a great 100 days, now let’s make the last 80 even better!
